Being fully remote, there’s a multitude of things that help me stay connected to the team. We have a great culture of regular one-on-one meetings, and the work environment is generally flexible. “I work part-time in customer support while I'm pursuing my Ph.D. Sharetribe has been a very healthy and flexible environment for me as a part-time job. Our customers are great to interact with and I enjoy helping people, so the role is a good fit for my character.
