You can access information about your account and subscription by clicking "Organization settings" in the bottom left corner of the Console sidebar. Then, select "Manage subscription" to view your subscription details page.

Here, you will find information about your current subscription.

Price: how much you will pay on your next renewal date
Next renewal date: the day when your subscription is scheduled to renew
If you have only created a free trial account, you will be on the "Free trial" plan. The subscription page will tell you when your trial is set to expire. You can also subscribe to a Sharetribe plan here.
Upgrade your subscription
Upgrade your plan at any point from the subscription details page. Your current subscription is upgraded immediately to the new plan until the end of the current period.
Your next renewal date will not change. Your subscription will renew with the new plan on your next renewal date (as long as you don't change the billing cycle to yearly).
Any amount remaining on your current subscription is applied towards your upgrade, with any remaining balance being charged to your card on file. This means you do not lose any funds or time you already paid for by upgrading.

Change billing cycle to yearly
You can also change your billing cycle from monthly to yearly. A longer-term commitment allows Sharetribe to save operating costs and pass these savings on to you at lower monthly prices. All in all, the discount is about 20% on the monthly price of any plan other than Build.
You can switch your current plan's billing cycle or commit to a longer-term plan when upgrading your subscription to a new plan. The switch to a yearly billing cycle happens immediately. Any amount remaining in your current subscription will be applied towards the purchase of an annual subscription. Your next renewal date will be 1 year from the day you changed to annual billing.
If you want to switch from yearly to monthly billing, please contact our team via the chat widget in Console. We will schedule the change at the end of your current period.
Cancel your subscription
Request to cancel your subscription from the subscription details page. You will be prompted to fill out a form and submit your request. Our team will confirm with you that your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and your marketplace will close at the end of your current billing period.
Sharetribe does not offer refunds for any unused time on your subscription.
Update your billing information
Under the hood, Sharetribe uses a tool called Chargebee to manage your subscription.
You should change your billing information directly in this system to ensure sensitive data remains secure.
To get started, create a customer account in Chargebee's customer portal at this link.
Use your subscription email to create a Chargebee customer account. Your subscription email may not be the same as the email you used to log in to your Sharetribe marketplace. Your subscription email is the address where invoices for your subscription payment are sent. If in doubt, contact the Sharetribe team through Console's chat widget, and we can let you know your subscription email.
