How to discard a listing draft

If a provider doesn't want to publish a listing they've started creating, they can delete the listing draft.

Sometimes, a provider starts creating a listing only to realize they don't want to publish it after all. In these situations, they can discard the listing draft. You can also do it on their behalf as the admin. Discarding a draft means deleting it.

Important: Discarding a listing draft is permanent. A deleted listing draft can't be brought back.

How to discard a listing draft as a provider

As a marketplace user, navigate to the Your listings page in your user profile. This page displays all your listings and listing drafts. You can access the page via your profile photo in the top bar.

When a listing is a draft, you'll see the option to discard it below the button to finish the listing. Click "Discard draft".

Because the action can't be undone, you'll need to confirm the decision:

Click "Discard draft" in the modal and that's it! The listing draft has now been discarded.
